Work from 杏吧专区 Agreements

Below are guidelines and the Work from 杏吧专区 Agreements for non-exempt and exempt employees. Department directors, agency managers and program directors will determine who will be allowed to telecommute. Department directors, agency managers, program directors or designee, must approve all telecommuting requests prior to commencing work from home.

Work from 杏吧专区 Guidelines

Work from 杏吧专区 Agreement for Non-Exempt Employees – to be used for eligible student, hourly, or salaried non-exempt employees.

Work from 杏吧专区 Agreement for Non-Exempt Employees (杏吧专区 Central Staff Only) – to be used for eligible hourly or salaried non-exempt employees.

Work from 杏吧专区 Agreement for Exempt Employees聽– to be used for eligible salaried, exempt employees.

Work from 杏吧专区 Agreement for Exempt Employees (杏吧专区 Central Staff Only)聽– to be used for eligible salaried, exempt employees.

Once the employee and manager/director have signed the Work from 杏吧专区 Agreement, please scan and email the form to uei-hr@csus.edu. Approvals will be emailed, and the signed agreements will be retained by Human Resources.
